Our potatoes
Our potatoes are the most important ingredient to our business
and we place the utmost importance on their quality. Sourced directly from our local farm, you can be safe in the knowledge
that it is produce at its freshest. We use a wide range of varieties but mainly use Nadines, Harmony, Dundrodds, Melody, Vivaldi,
Romano and Marfona - all possess different characteristics but all are equally as delicious
The
Cooking Process
As well as choosing quality potatoes, the cooking process is equally as important
to us to ensure that the product is at its best. All are cooked slowly and naturally in their skins - normally for around
90 minutes. We do not use foil like many do to accelerate the cooking and do not keep them wrapped which can lead to a
stale and soft skin. By cooking them as they are in their skins we can ensure a nice even flesh along with a flavoursome
and crispy skin. Once cooked, they are transferred to the warmer compartment at the top of our oven.

have produced a fillings menu that is suitable for all with many vegetarian options to choose from Below is a sample
