We are full time professional caterers and food is our passion. Because of this, we understand the importance of offering a quality product alongside first class service and presentation.

The quality of our produce is extremely important to us. That is why we source only the healthiest free range pigs from our local supplier in Warwickshire.

They are all born and bred outdoors and are free to roam and enjoy the lush green pastures to ensure they have a healthy and happy life. They are not taken indoors to ‘fatten up’ towards the end of their lives. They are reared to the highest welfare standards and have been recognised by both butchers and the RSPCA Freedom Foods as the best you can get.

All of our pigs are slow roasted for a minimum of 12 hours to ensure that you get the most succulent and flavoursome pulled pork. The heat is then raised producing the best crunchy lip-smacking crackling that has become our trademark. But you’ll need to be quick…it never lasts.

They are cooked in our brand new state of the art roasting machines and the roasted hog is then raised into position for carving and for everyone to see.
